Product Description
Application - 153.1MHz Single Input Pulse Transmitter with Magnetic Antennal for Pit Applications
Pulse Counting AMR devices at present represent over 90% of the global AMR device market! Pulse Counting devices such as the RTcom™-xxx-P are simple to deploy, low cost, simple to use and the reading is obtained as cumulative total compatible with both modern and legacy billing systems.
With its highly efficient Narrow Band FM Operation and our super selective high blocking immunity Receivers and Data Concentrators combine to give ranges of up to 5km in rural locations and between 150m and 500m in dense cities. In both cases this is without the use of repeaters of complex mesh networks. To date many tens of thousands of units have been deployed serving over 10-European cities.
The transmitter is of sealed for life construction and can be used in above or below ground applications. It can also be used for sub-metering applications in conjunction with our serial or Modbus receivers. Special pit mounting versions of the transmitter and a product called the Booster are also available for difficult sub-basement or pit locations.
