Summation CT's are a range of current transformers which can total currents from various current transformer secondary sources and provide a proportional current output. They may be used to summate CT inputs of the same, or different ratios. When summating three phase circuits, it is necessary to summate like phases ie R-R, Y-Y, B-B.
