The IFRO Pulse Acquisiton Module is a  DIN rail mounting module designed for use with any device that provides a pulsed signal, such as:

• energy meters
•  gas meters
• water meters
• heating meters

 Up to 8 devices may be measured in such a way to be communicated to a remote point via RS485 serial link. Up to 255 units may be connected to a bus system, allowing over 2000 pulsed signals to be monitored at a single point.

• 8 pulse inputs SPST - NO contacts (energy, gas, water and heat meters)
• 8 non resettable independent counting registers (max 9 digits each)
• RS485 communication MODBUS/JBUS
• Up to 255 devices may be connected to a single bus
• Data held in memory in event of power failure
